Randy Villegas Reels in Over $440,000 in Q1
Villegas is the only candidate in the CA-22 race not accepting Corporate PAC money
Kern County, CA – Randy Villegas, Democratic candidate for Congress in California’s 22nd Congressional District raised over $440,000 in the first quarter of 2026, making it his biggest fundraising quarter of his campaign so far.
Villegas is the top Democratic fundraiser in the race, and is poised to be the strongest candidate to defeat Republican David Valadao.
“I remain the only candidate in this race who can’t be bought by the corporations and special interests jacking up prices and making life in the Central Valley unaffordable,” said Randy Villegas. “Even without big checks from health insurance companies, AIPAC, and defense contractors profiting on another endless war, I am the top fundraiser thanks to grassroots support. We are sending a message to the political establishment that you can fight against corporate greed, put working-class families first, and win. I am ready to deliver for the Valley and beat Republican Congressman David Valadao.”
